Manny Pacquiao Defending Champion of WBO World Welterweight Title

The biggest boxing event in the past 17 years just happened last Saturday. Philipino boxer Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey in defence for Pacquiao’s WBO World Welterweight title. There was a total of 51,000 people in the Dallas Cowboy Stadium that’s worth about US$1.2 billion. The match starts off with Pacquiao on the offensive and Clottey strategically went on defensive to wait for an opening. But, it never came.

After a 12-round spar, the judges named Pacquiao the defending champion of the title hands down. At the end of the event, Paquiao said “I want that fight, the world wants that fight, but it’s up to him. I’m ready to fight any time.”

Floyd Mayweather Jr., the WBO World Welterweight Champion is calling out for you.
